Lean Project Manager (PM)
Telemedicine Clinic (TMC) pioneered teleradiology services in Europe when it was founded in 2002 and has since become a vital partner for more than 120 radiology departments in the UK, Sweden, Denmark,andNorway.

In additionto our radiology reporting service, TMC offers pathology reporting services, IT-infrastructure,andsoftware to its hospital clients, as well as training for radiologists (TMC Academy).

We are looking for a Lean PM to support our teams. You will be responsible for evaluating and assessing opportunities to improve our value streams, recommend and launch new projects with significant impact on the company results.
As PM you will coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
Mission and Organisational Context
The Lean PM will belong to the Project Management Office based in Barcelona, report to the Head of PMO, and be responsible for assigned projects across the TMC organisation (UK, Australia, Spain).
Many of the projects, but not exclusively, which the PM will be responsible for are process improvement projects.
Role and Responsibilities
Process Improvement Projects - These refer to projects that are designed to improve a process and resulting in improved performance in a key performance indicator of the business.
General Project Management
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills
Lean experience You have at least 2 years working experiencewith Lean project management.
Project Management experience- You have at least 2 years prior experience including best practice training in e.g. Project Management, Business Analytics, Change Management and Operational Management.
MS Office Strong working knowledge.
Educational background A university degree such as Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
Language skills Very fluent English is a must,Spanish, Swedish or Danish are a plus. As TMC is a multinational and diverse company and our company language is English, you need to demonstrate an advanced level of written and spoken English.

Besides, you are a problem solver, and able to manage conflicts. You are a teamwork promoter.
Analytical Thinking You are tackling problems by using a logical and systematic approach. Noticing discrepancies and inconsistencies in available information is not a challenge for you.
