YOUR TASKS :
Drafting, negotiation and legal support to Global Sourcing in connection with a wide range of contracts, related to the development, manufacture and sourcing of key components and services with international suppliers and vendors, incluiding cooperation and license agreements in relation to the development and / or use of technical know-how and intellectual property rights.
Claims handling with suppliers and follow-up in particular in respect to warranty claims (incluiding management of external law firms, where required)
Adhoc advice in respect of other types of agreements related to the Nordex Group s activities, e.g. real estate or equipment lease, IT-support or research & development cooperations, etc.
Preparing standard forms and templates, as well as providing legal in-house training to staff.
Reporting to Lead Director Procurement & Dispute Management based in Pamplona.
YOUR PROFILE :
Lawyer with excellent academic qualification and admission to practice law in an EU jurisdiction.
Master degree in law is welcome.
Risk and claim management as well as insurance know-how are a plus as well.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, organisation, planning and presentation skills are essential.
Excellent English language skills are a must with ideally one other European language, incluiding ability to negotiate contracts in those languages.
Ideally 3 to 5 years post-graduation experience in private practice or inhouse experience in the construction and engineering or energy industries is of advantage.
Experience in working in commercial contracts in an international environments.
