We are building multi-disciplinary teams within Agile Framework, combining people with different skills and knowledge to accelerate our employee experience and customer focus.

The teams are self-managed and cross-functional, with the empowerment to drive a customer-led digital transformation.

As , you will be responsible for leading the execution of an integrated people strategy across the business, encompassing all major changes regarding our culture transformation.

  • Analyze and strategize how to shape thinking and behaviors of the People area driving cultural change through the organization
  • Identify change management and project issues as they arise and prepare recommendations to address them
  • Define Employee Experience and plan the implementation
  • Employer Branding
  • Design and delivery of the integrated change strategy for projects
  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
