For our CRM team in Palma Head Quarters we are seeking a Senior DYNAMICS 365 CRM Analyst.

The Senior CRM Analyst will perform advance business analysis activities for projects implementing Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly focused on the Sales module.

The CRM Analyst will work directly with the client project stakeholders, and the focus of the position is to implement the CRM solution into our internal client network, as well as giving guidance to the CRM developers regarding the project implementation.

Specifically you will be responsible for :

  • Technical support for CRM users.
  • User acceptance testing to ensure new features are bug free.
  • Training end users, as well as other trainers on system features.
  • Creating reports and dashboards based on end user requirements.
  • Working with commercial departments to implement business processes.
  • Working with development teams to implement system enhancements.
  • Analyzing system usage and recommended improvements.
  • Managing CRM projects full lifecycle.
  • Technical Skills :

  • At least 3 years of experience working with the Sales module in DYNAMICS 365 CRM.
  • Power BI experience.
  • Outlook integration with DYNAMICS 365 CRM.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Skype.
  • Experience in writing detailed Business Requirements and Functional Design documentation
  • General Position Skills :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills between both the user and all levels within the organization are required.
  • A friendly and spirited personality that shines through in written and spoken communication, while maintaining an uncompromising level of professionalism.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the willingness to become team manager.
  • Full-lifecycle experience as a business analyst on IT systems development projects, including performing requirements management, process modeling, user story creation and testing.
  • Experience performing end user training of Dynamics CRM based solutions is highly preferred.
  • Open to participate in business trips.
