Your main and challenging professional objective is to provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to the Global Business Services (GBS) leadership team.
You will operationalize and enhance current reporting workstreams, and be responsible for driving a lean culture throughout the organization.
What will you be doing?
Understanding Cosentino s Order to Cash (O2C) processes within Global Business Services (GBS) and how GBS relates to other functions within the hub (Finance, Service Contracts, Logistics, etc.) :
Leading Back Office, Travel Management, and Customer Service team
Leading the Supply Chain leadership team in the development of their organization's individual performance, development, and relationship building.
Prioritizing and implementing Continuous Improvement LEAN initiatives and other methodologies throughout the hub and Lean focused Daily Management reporting activities.
Launching finance controls and guidelines in order to meet customer's expectations.
Establishing relationships with new product introduction teams, ensuring all products and new processes are implemented according to plan;
as well as, support from a customer and internal control perspective.
Understanding, reviewing, and closing all SOX and ICS-related requirements for Order to Cash (O2C), Quote to Cash (Q2C), and ensuring overall compliance.
Ensuring customer quotations, orders, and service agreements are accurate and expertly processed.
Providing judgment-based decision-making in assessing orders, revenue recognition, and managing demo inventory to appropriate levels.
Integrating acquisitions with appropriate controls and customer-facing mindset. Support and drive for the attainment of acquisition financial targets.
What are we looking for?
Academical Background :
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a related field such as Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
Professional Background :
10 years of experience in an Operations based customer-facing role in Supply Chain, Order Management, Sales Enablement, and End to End solutions.
7 of people management experience; experience leading a highly functional management team in the development of their organization;
but, also in individual performance, motivation of team members, development, and relationship building.
Strong background in Lean business transformation experience in a corporate office environment, shared services experience is highly preferred.
Lean Certification is highly preferred, but not required.
Experience working in a complex process environment that is not fully mature; with a consistent track record of identifying, prioritizing, and implementing improvements.
