The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is seeking a Postdoctoral researcher.

ICIQ is looking for a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Prof. Feliu Maseras. The candidate will work on the transfer of computational biocatalysis strategies to large multimetallic homogenous systems.
The candidate will help in the implementation of new computational schemes emerging from biocatalysis to the field of dual and multimetallic homogeneous catalysis.
A special focus will be placed in the proper introduction of microkinetic modeling with the goal of reproducing experimental data to the point of reaction times.
Collaboration in the training of graduate and master students will be expected.
Skills / Qualifications
Strong experience in computational biocatalysis, with application of quantum mechanics and quantum mechanics / molecular mechanics methods to metalloproteins.
Previous experience in computational homogeneous catalysis. Experience in programming with phyton or related languages.
