Position Overview : The Revenue Planning Manager will be joining the Sales Operations Team within the high performing and extremely nimble Global Business Solutions (Monetisation) team.

This organised and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with cross-functional teams and prioritising the business needs.

This role focuses on strategic aspects of sales pipeline management and requires strong business sense and ability to understand commercial principles.

What You Will Do - Support the Sales Team by providing analytical approaches to key strategic initiatives, challenging assumptions, increasing analytical rigor in decision making.

  • Create or localise sales management policies including but not limited to : commercial incentives, sales performance, client segmentation principles, inventory management, etc.
  • Project management activities aiming to increase depth, automation and scale of analytic resources and offering over time.
  • Implement and promote sales management policies and frameworks.- Act as a business partner to the local sales team understanding their priorities and needs while ensuring alignment within the global organisation and putting the company's interests first.
  • Evaluate existing commercial practices and methodologies and look for opportunities for improvement and standardisation with the use of actionable analytical reports and models.
  • Interpret data from multiple data sources to develop business insights that will be applied to the best business practices.
  • Present strategic insights and recommendations to management and leadership teams critical to maintaining and developing long-term growth.
  • Qualifications- BS or MA degree in economics, management or technical field; MBA would be a plus- 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of / experience in Media / Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, or related fields.

  • Strong experience in data analysis, data management and business intelligence platforms. Knowledge of statistics or BI / ML modelling is not necessary but it would be a plus (R, Phyton etc).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. - In-depth knowledge and understanding of the industry, media landscape, competitors, etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strong communication skills - Project management mindset on task execution - Self-starter, capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision - Highly analytical, with great logic and data sensitivity TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
