We are looking for customer support agents to join an important international Tech Company, in a project related with the video game industry.
Our ideal candidate will be working attending customer and supplier queries and providing them all the information needed.

Requirements:

- Native level of english and italian, both written and spoken.
- Previus Customer facing experience (B2B or B2C) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal and results oriented person.

What do we offer?

- Full-Time position. (10h-19h with 1 hour break)
- Long-term, indefinite contract after the initial contract with TEA.
- Fully Remote position, working from home
