The Opportunity aka Your Job

We are hiring highly energetic, ambitious, adaptable people from diverse backgrounds to create, develop and follow through some of the largest Mid-Market accounts in Europe

You will be working in what we call Inside Sales Mid-Market, Autodesk s largest customers across EMEA. Collaboration skills will be essential to this position as you will be working with a wide range of stakeholders across Southern, Central and Northern Europe.

The main responsibilities will be to drive new business into untapped area s within our largest accounts. You will have the freedom to carry out and execute your own research & Insights.

You will have the full support and engagement from not only your manager, but also from the top creative leaders in the industry, as well as exposure to Senior Management across EMEA.

You will be working with customers aligned to Multi Million Euro projects, from amazing Airport design s to smart cities in-cooperating sustainability and a huge variety in-between.

The key to success in this position, is the ability to help our customers, by jointly finding solutions to match their needs.

Your success will be measured on how many gaps we fill in their current workflow, as well as the ability to close business where a decision has already been made.

    Ideal candidates should possess :

  • Corporate work experience, with software sales experience a plus
  • Desire to be in a constant evolving and dynamic team with a strong culture focus
  • Prior inside sales / office-based sales experience
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on the job coaching, self-learning and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression framework
  • Self-Motivation
  • Ability to adapt to a changing industry
  • Passion to develop yourself and make your way up the Autodesk Ladder
