Training and Maintenance Engineer

Purpose of the job

Drive and develop training and continuous technical development in Services Operations.

The main responsibility for the position is to create and develop a training specific program.

Organizational reporting

Reports Hierarchically to Industrial Manager

Networks & links

Production : Line workers and EPU managers; Industrial Team, RRHH, Digital Fleet Monitoring, Engineering, Sourcing and Quality (White and Blue collars)

Responsibilities

  • Design of the Training Program according to the group of people to be formed.
  • Define the most appropriate teaching methodology.
  • Prepare the necessary material and content for the training sessions.
  • Provide training and develop technical skills and competences to support specific populations development needs
  • Deploy, supervise and follow-up of training programs
  • Make monitoring and evaluation of the training sessions
  • Lead induction plans, training tools optimization, internal training development.
  • Creation and follow-up of KPIs and reports ( ie : evaluation of training, training hours per person, . etc.)
  • Comply with Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational health regulations.
  • Notify incidents / near misses that affect Safety to its hierarchical superior and EHS managers.

    Educational Requirements

    Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar

    Required Knowledge / Experience

    Minimum of 1 year of experience within technical training or talent development : learning role

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in aeronautics, railway or automotive sector, preferably within a maintenance / manufacture environment

    Knowledge of new learning technologies as Design Thinking; Thinking Based Learning; Flipped Classroom; Gamification

    Experience with SAP system - user level

    Spanish (mandatory); English or French (mandatory)
