The Supply Chain Finance Junior Analyst will collaborate with SC Finance team with closing tasks and ongoing R&O. He / she will focus on costs reporting preparation, standardization, simplification, and automation.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to :
Support monthly closing activities and close follow up to ensure cost accuracy.
Execute monthly costs and Working Capital reporting.
Identify opportunities to simplify, improve and automate monthly accounting and reporting process.
Support budget planning process and execution including data preparation and reconciliation.
Support SC Finance family on Ad Hoc Analysis requests
Partner with SC Finance and BES to establish standard process.
Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
2 to 3 years of related work experience in finance / accounting / analysis ideally in a multi-national / cultural environment
Analytical skills / problems solving : Ability to identify and understand patterns and interconnectivity of relevant data to predict business performance.
Able to work in Matrix Organization : Able to manage various stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills are required.
English is a must and other language a plus.
Agile and Flexible : fast learner and able to adapt to international environment.
Positively Challenge : continuously improving and looking for efficiencies.
Interpersonal Savvy : build and maintain trust working relationships with various stakeholders.
