By building innovative data products, we are disrupting the FMCG analytics market which has been slow to innovate.
As a Data Analyst, you will join our Data Science Squad and develop your skills while directly contributing to further growth of our business.
You will get an opportunity to work with the latest technologies, advanced analytics, and modeling techniques to interpret, infer and offer data-driven solutions.
Our continuously growing team is an interdisciplinary, passionate and fun group of people, working remotely across several countries, with usual get-togethers in our key locations in Spain and Lithuania.
You will :
Identify new opportunities to build and / or improve new product features and data products.
Leverage data to perform intensive analysis across all areas of our business to improve operational efficiency.
Create dashboards and reports to regularly communicate results and monitor key metrics.
Develop an analytical database and various associated data products.
Generate and execute on ideas for exploratory analysis, shape future projects and provide recommendations for actions.
Use data visualization to distill complicated data into easy-to-digest summaries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior management as well as clients to guide business decisions.
Our Ideal candidate has :
Graduate degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent quantitative science.
Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or related or equivalent experience will be a plus.
3+ years of experience as a data analyst (or equivalent role).
Proficient in writing complex SQL and working with large data sets.
Proficient in working with PowerBI / Tableau / Qlik or any other data visualization tool.
Proficiency in Python and / or R is an advantage.
Experience with communicating complex analyses and methodologies effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Outstanding written / oral communication, consulting and analytical / problem solving skills.
