At Lindt Iberia we are looking for a BRAND MANAGER to Manage the brand strategy as key priority. The role will be responsible for the brand and category strategy, creative development as well as the execution of the annual marketing plan initiatives.
As a part of your main accountabilities will be :
Brand / Product responsibility :
Identify marketing key issues, strategic direction and work streams to grow the pralines, seasonal and snacking business in the future
Active portfolio management defining the right assortment, while ensuring profitability, quality, and premium appeal.
Create strong (re-)launch plans with the according support programme.
Ensure the right promotional planning in close collaboration with sales and shopper department.
Proposing and carrying out the appropriate market research.
Liaising and coordinating with factories and logistics / co-packing.
Define the communication strategy (TV, PR, Digital...) and execute marketing campaigns.
Design key brand elements (ie. Print, POS) and Consumer promotions in close collaboration with creative agencies and international marketing.
Permanent tracking of the key variables of the business :
Continuous competitor analysis, in order to identify consumer needs, new product opportunities and market growth potential.
Sales analysis (Cognos)
Nielsen / Kantar
Out of Stocks / Overstocks
Control the Marketing Budget of his brand.
Sales focus : Collaborate closely with the sales team in order to define customer plans and sell-in presentations, as well as understanding the channels.
Actively participate in and prepare internal meetings :
Monthly Sales Meeting
Sales Conventions
Brand Reviews, etc.
Experience & tools :
4-5 years in FMCG (local or multinational currently at least in a Brand manager position.)
English : High Level. Interview Test.
