Main purpose of job :
Providing L 1.5 IT support in German and English (PT, SP, IT as additional language is a plus) managing online and off line contacts, supporting external and internal clients in connection with personal computers or networks, servvers, Business applicans, setting expected service levels and in a quality beyond the expectations of the client.
To be a successful Service Desk Agent, the individual must be customer and service oriented, self-confident, and have an aptitude for ICT issues.
Main job tasks and responsibilities :
In case of working in the telecom systems field, solves simple problems concerning networks and network components.
Must be fluent or possess an advanced level in German (C1) + English + (additonal language is plus)
Technical (Service Desk) background is needed.
Analist skills are needed :
Standard or advanced Excel (madatory domain of formulas - i.e. usage of lookups, desired domain of pivot functions)
Basic understanding of programming (Macros or scripting is a plus)
All interested candidates must be in possession of a valid EU passport.
Full training to be provided.
