We are looking for a Service Design Lead to help us define and build a new business vertical that will offer subscription products and services in multiple countries.

As part of the team, you will play a key role in having the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to understand the needs of end users, define the value proposition and build the product and its go-to-market.

How your day-to-day would look like

Understand business requirements, challenge if necessary and frame the problem.

Build tailored artifacts such as presentations, visual maps, service maps, sophisticated journey maps, service blueprints, etc.

to drive relevant paths forward.

Plan and lead co-creation workshops with team members and partners as part of the analysis and design of new experiences and processes.

Drive in-depth research with multiple stakeholders : prospects, shoppers, colleagues, partners, and merchants to uncover user needs.

Design, test and iterate the value proposition to help the growth team get more sales and higher satisfaction.

Build innovative user experiences for customers and internal processes.

You’ll be a good fit if you have

At least 5 years of experience.

Highly developed design skills.

Relentless passionate about design, service design, and remarkable user experiences with the ambition to shape its future.

Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools and methods, KPIs definition, and iteration.

Ability to apply human-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers and multidisciplinary teams in order to manage, use and implement mapping of personas, journeys, blueprints, and other service design tools.

Experience running qualitative analysis and reporting on research, co-creation sessions, and design thinking activities.

Presentation and storytelling abilities, taking thorough notes of observations and insights.

Excellent communication skills, persuasive by nature, yet tactful and diplomatic.

High level of English & Spanish.
