POSITION PURPOSE

Handle customer calls inquiries pertaining to room reservations , with a focus on revenue maximization and quality .

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Process all reservation requests, amendments, and cancellations received by email, phone and IPS system.

Maximise rooms revenue through the conversión

of telephone calls into sells .

Be fluent in all hotel products and services .

Follow the appropriate call handling guideline .

Responsible for effective implementation and compliance with reservations standards .

Be fully conversant with all market segments and rate plans used across all distribution channels .

Handle customer queries and complaints relating to Rooms Reservations .

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

To fill this position the candidate must have a sales orientated personality , f riendliness , teamwork and flexibility.

Resilience , well organized and structured.

Professional behavior even in stressful situations

Good knowledge of Opera and Empower .

MARSHA Knowledge of advantage.

Good listening & comunication skills

Languages : High level of Spanish , English spoken and written language. German will be a plus

Related work experience is required
