    About the role

    Malt Spain is increasing its sales department, has great objectives to achieve and needs your help! As part of the Sales Team, you will collaborate with the Key / Account Managers so they can do their tasks smoothly and can focus their time on taking care of our clients.

    You will also collaborate with our Operation team to setup all the tools and knowledge necessary for our Sales Team to perform incredibly well, and with the Marketing team to bring prospects.

    As a Sales Support Intern, you will report directly to the Business Unit Manager and Growth Manager and your missions will be :

  • Help the Account Managers and collaborate with the Growth Manager on the prospection of new clients, coordinating different tools like LinkedIN, scrapping tools,CRM, email campaigns automation, call clients and reactive old clients
  • Support the Account Manager on the creation of innovative content on multiple formats ( business cases, one pagers...) for content marketing purposes
  • For some opportunities, in charge of the matching process : identifying freelancers, calling them and selling them the projects (be as a Costumer Success Manager)
  • Prepare Clients meeting (news about the company, the prospect..) and if attending, minutes of the meeting
  • Create documentation about processes
  • Support the Sales team members in all administrative issues related to our clients : contracts, invoicing, payments, homologations
  • Preferred experience

  • Last year Bachelor or Master student, preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or relevant
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Sales driven
  • Previous comercial experience
  • Working level on English
  • Organized, attention to detail, proactive, team member.
