You will be responsible for executing Auxadi’s global marketing strategy in Spain, and play a leading role in engaging prospects, clients and partners in one of our key regions.
You will be responsible for developing revenue driving activities in Spain, curating marketing campaigns, fostering partnership relations, and managing and executing local events.

Coordinate and execute Auxadi’s global marketing strategy and tactics in Spain, and ensure alignment between the local marketing program and global business objectives
Develop, execute and manage ongoing lead generation campaigns, including integrated online campaigns, social media, PR, partner marketing, etc.
Coordinate and organise local events, seminars, webinars and sponsorships for profile building and lead generation and arrange conference attendance
Liaise and develop relationships with local industry bodies, law firms and development agencies to develop lead generation initiatives
Collaborate with the content strategy, adapting global content to the Spanish market, as well as other communication materials, and proposing relevant topics
Maintain consistent client and partner communications in Spain
Coordinate with sales and product teammates to support major regional deals
Support the wider marketing team with organisation of global roadshows
Driving commercial initiatives in the region
Key requirements / job skills :
Demonstrated ability to build integrated marketing plans which include events, digital campaigns, social media, PR to attract, engage, convert and delight potential customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree (or similar qualification) Marketing, Communication or related field
5-10 years’ experience in a B2B organisation and good level of knowledge of professional services industries
Ability to confidently build relationships and rapport with senior stakeholders
Solid organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Fluent in English (C1) & Spanish
You are comfortable in an international working environment and presenting / training in English to large groups of people
Pro-active and a team player with a can-do attitude and positive spirit
