Primary Objective of Position

Reporting to the Sales and Market Access Director, the Clinical Training Manager is responsible for :

  • Develop and deliver training programmes which assure the competence of staff
  • Ensure the training objectives and priorities aligned with corporate goals, values and drivers.
  • Develop and deliver induction training programme for Staff.
  • Clinical support in the office and on the field
  • Collaborate with HCP strategy development along with the ADC marketing team

    Training Program

    Responsible of all the internal technical programs

  • Initial training for new employees : establish a procedure to follow.
  • Prepare the reps to establish technical sales with Endos.
  • Define the strategy and implementation of the diabetes diploma training program (reduced version) to the sales force.Revise the modules to be adapted to our needsEstablish requirements needed for repsImplement the program
  • FreeStyle Academy : Revise the modules according to local needsEstablish a plan to implement the project at local level
  • New products launches / HCP initiatives

  • Collaborate with marketing in the definition of the training strategy of new product launches internally and to all external stakeholders (hcp, patients)
  • To deliver training programmes and skills development for the staff which is aligned to the HCP (Endos especially) Strategy
  • Depending on the needs, implement clinical sessions and / or training to HCP.
  • Sales reps support :

  • Give assistance to the sales force when needed : by phone or field visits
  • Team work

  • Work together within the team to better achieve company goals.
  • Create a network with Area and other countries to identify scientific programs that could be implemented in our country
  • Review the scientific aspects of the promotional materials
  • Market Analysis :

  • At the scientific level, analysis of the strategy and promotional materials of the competition.
  • According with the strategy, attend main congresses national / international wide : Inform the rest of the team about the main and important topics.
  • Send a report with the main issues identified.Send a report about competitors

    Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree Science is required, Endocrinologist MD / PHD is preferred. To support our complex product lines, a solid scientific knowledge is required.
  • English proficiency is required
  • Background

  • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting in Vitro and Medical Devices.
  • 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing within the industry or clinical experience in the case of an endocrinologist.
  • Previous sales experience in diabetes market is preferred.
  • Knowledge in diabetes.
  • Knowledge of competitive product lines
  • Sound organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
  • Computer literate : Excel / Power Point.
  • Strong leadership competencies.
  • Strong interpersonal relations and customer focus.
  • Integrity, initiative and adaptability.
  • Established KOL relationships.
  • Candidates must be able to design training programs to motivate sales force. Must have good oral and written communication skills Must have ability to analyse and develop plans from abstract ideas.

    Must be able to draw appropriate conclusions and implement plans with minimal direction
