Leading Technology company focused on information and software services is seeking for a Head of product development, with emphasis on i+d+i

Manages the end-to-end management of value proposition, products and services for a given market within Tech industry. Defines and drives strategy, roadmap, design, and business requirements for next-generation proposition, products or services.


  • Manages a group of propositions, products or services in order to achieve the strategic goals of a business segment / vertical or a group of products or services.
  • Articulates the strategy and roadmap.

  • Defines and drives product vision, design and feature set. Devises business plan for budgetary approval and roadmaps.
  • Drives innovation and differentiation across a set of propositions, products or services to address current and future client needs.
  • Ownership of strategy, design, business requirements, feature and functionality tradeoffs and release schedule for a set of propositions, products or services.
  • Works with cross-functional resources to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Owns launch and post-launch product management
  • Gathers, prioritizes, and analyzes client feedback to drive product innovation and increase client adoption and retention.
  • Support Business teams as required for Client requirement vetting and feedback gathering on new and existing products. Identifies build vs.
  • buy opportunities for proposition and leverages the organization to execute as needed.

  • Responsible for developing talent within the department. May support commercial-facing teams in client engagement and retention activities
  • Responsible for reviewing current products to ensure that quality and currency are being maintained
  • Participate in revenue planning and pricing decisions for new products

  • We are looking for a seasoned professional coming from a global organization with Technology industry, used to new ways of product development such as design thinking, innovation techniques, customer inclusive business development methodologies, etc
  • Used both to current product portfolio lifecycle definition and new business opportunities materialization.
  • Outstanding abilities to manage uncertainty and lead across departments by using influencing skills
  • Commercial driven, partners with sales in business targets achievement
  • t is required to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles with similar challenges.
