We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative (m / f / d), preferably with a general surgery product background, who is passionate about clinical sales.
Additionally to selling and promoting products and developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, you will have strong commercial skills enabling you to present and negotiate effectively with a wide variety of people.
In this position you will acquire new customers as well as maximize profitable sales within existing customers accounts.
Importantly you will deal with and manage local agents, providing product training and technical support plus tracking sales outcomes and ensuring their ongoing performance and success.
You will also coordinate and implement local sales promotion activities. In this role it is also important to analyze and understand the market in order to successfully plan objectives, strategies and actions according to the business unit guidelines, thus expressing your talent as an area manager.
Your commitment will also involve attending international and regional trade fairs and congresses. Supporting general and thoracic surgeons in the operating theatre will also be part of your daily work.
Qualifications You are experienced in medical device sales, preferably with a medical engineering or clinical background.
Ideally you are degree educated in a science, technical or clinical discipline. Already possessing extensive commercial skills you are also proactive, self-
motivated and well organized. You can work flexibly, reacting to customer requirements, specifically regarding case management.
As a team-player, you will naturally interact with other associates across Europe on a regular basis. The role requires a willingness to undertake extensive travel within Spain, and also internationally, to sales meetings, congresses and for training.
Easy access to an international airport within the territory is therefore essential. Fluent Spanish and English is required.
