Johnson Controls Hitachi Air Conditioning was established on October 1st, 2015 as a joint venture between Hitachi Appliances, Inc.

now Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc.) and Johnson Controls, Inc. Hitachi Appliances carved out and contributed its air conditioning business to the Joint Venture.

Johnson Controls acquired a 60% stake of the carved-out business and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. continues as a 40% shareholder of this venture.

With this joint venture, two rich, 100-year-old cultures and histories have come together to create one exciting new company, serving our combined customers with the most diverse product portfolio in the air conditioning industry.

To support our Johnson Controls Hitachi Air Conditioning business unit, we are currently looking for a Sales ExecutiveWhat you will doAs Sales Executive you will manage complex sales processes which require both technical knowledge and sales skills.

You will be responsible to build and manage the relationship with our customers to understand their needs and offer the best service / product.

Seeks to continually develop sales skills and to enhance knowledge of the JCH products and service offerings.How you will do itYou will be responsible to : Find new sales opportunities within the assigned regionUnderstand and analyze customer needsSupport and guide to the selection of the best solutionTransfer to the internal proposal and design team the info to develop our offerNegotiate with the customer all the aspects of the contractDevelop long term customer relationships and ensure customer retentionWhat we look forBachelor’s degree in engineering or related fieldsAt least 3 years of experience of successful field sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industryExcellent initiative, and interpersonal communications skills both in writing and verbally.

Actively listens, probes and identifies concerns. Understands the customer’s business and speak their language.Demonstrate strong technical subject matter expertise to foster credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.

Performing as a perfect team player. Hungry and fully sales focused through customer satisfaction. Proven track record in achieving sales / business results.
