We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent who will be an important part of a hard-working, fast-growing team.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent experience to each of our clients. Get involved and form a connection with our customers to keep them excited about their journey to a more smile safe.
  • Customer Support. Provide excellent customer service by calls (video and audio), email, SMS or WhatsApp and live chat to ensure that our customers always are smiling.
  • Make calls, book and confirm appointments, respond in Dental Monitoring and follow up for patients.
  • Coordinate incoming calls and requirements of new or existing customers giving support and help
  • Make sure every call / email / meeting makes our customers happy!
  • Maintain customer relationships and coordinate non-medical questions.
  • Greet customers, explain our product, and guide customers through deadlines and expectations in clinic, help clients complete documentation if necessary
  • Recognize and proactively report trends and potential weaknesses and help to create solutions to improve each customer's journey and teach your colleagues
  • Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere
  • What you need to be successful

  • Ideally 2 years experience in a similar position within Customer Service working in an international environment,
  • You are recognized for your team spirit, your interpersonal, writing skills, and your thoroughness in complying with commercial regulations;
  • Native French (English is a MUST)
  • Available to work in the weekend
  • Based on Barcelona
