The Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manager will help the company scale by building a high performing lead-gen machine, generating quality lead , opportunities and revenue in current and new markets..
You will build a local Demand Generation strategy and execute programs (SEO, SEM, retargeting, social, content creation, events, webinars, account-based marketing etc.
with a mandate to drive quality leads that convert to revenue, and to continually optimise our marketing funnel. You will demonstrate the ability to own programs from ideation to execution.
You will report to the Head of Marketing
Act as a consultant convincing your internal audience of the relevancy of your program
Ensure that your proposal is realistic and aligned with the defined KPI
With a growth mindset, you will be able to conceptualise new ideas, formulate strategies and execute new initiatives that drive demand generation.
Develop and define the overall marketing approach and specific programs adapted to the dedicated market and / or segment that you have been assigned to and ensure alignment with Business Objectives.
Actively engaged with Sales in understanding business priorities, aligning them with marketing efforts, and being accountable for results.
In addition to driving new leads, you will optimise our existing marketing automation and nurturing processes through email, content and social channels.
From a reporting standpoint, you will establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our demand generation activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
You will live and breathe data, measuring and benchmarking key marketing metrics including ( but not only) number of new leads, opps (units and value), revenue (units and value) ratio of conversion, ROI per campaign.
You will build campaign KPI dashboards and communicate on a regular basis with the commercial team
Collaborate with Market intelligence Analysts and the sales team to define and have segmentation created and to assess if new market opportunities could be tackled
Ensure that the proposed campaigns integrate the targeted suspects and personas specificities to define Communications tonality, goals, channels, flaws and rhythms
Define the best channels for the programs matching the customer / prospect behaviours and work with the different teams to implement the defined campaigns
Work with copywriters, designers, commercial enablement and sales Teams to define relevant topics / story flaws to address to your targeted audience.
You will look for consensus and validate your approach.
Keep an asset inventory and analyze gaps in messaging and available assets against Audience and buyer journey
Maintain strict accuracy, and ensure to align and communicate with all involved stakeholders.
Leverage your budget as a strategic asset to reach your targeted KPIs.
Native German or Dutch and fluent English
5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS leveraging inbound and outbound channels.
You’ve successfully develop strategies on the Spanish market which has positively impacted the revenue generated by the commercial Team - Experience developing with other market
Extensive experience in the development and implementation of online and offline integrated programs : execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital, events organisation
Strong Analytics and reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details Experience within the financial services industry is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience working closely with Content & design teams
Experience partnering with Sales Teams ( Sales Directors, SDRs and sales teams) to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey
