The business is profitable in both hardware and supplies and reinvests to drive value differentiated and innovative solutions in an evolving market place.
Large Format printers are sold to a range of end user accounts that include transactional sales to Commercial, Enterprise, SMB, Federal / State / Local / Education and production sales to print-for-pay Print Service Providers / Reprographics shops.
The applications for large format printing are equally far reaching as they span architecture, engineering, construction, GIS / mapping, general office / facilities, oil & gas, photography, pre-press proofing, signage, retail POP, copy / print shops and general graphics.
Customers are served through various routes to market that include indirect selling through a wide variety of channel engagements as well as direct selling through Enterprise and HP.com.

The EMEA Large Format Online Route to Market Sales Development mgr. is responsible for growing and accelerating HP’s ecommerce sales with HP’s largest reseller partners.
In this role, you will help
Ideal candidate will have :
oDevelop strategic plans with assigned reseller’s .com team to maximize HP online share and HP online share conversion on reseller’s web or ecommerce platform.
oMotivates reseller's organization based on digital acumen and HP knowledge.
oCoordinates and directs efforts across HP business groups to support business objectives with assigned reseller(s).
oProvide hands on analysis and recommendations in the areas of SEO / SEM, e-commerce best practices, user experience design best practices, content marketing, web / digital analytics and reporting.
oKnowledge and ability to create or provide input to digital scorecards / dashboards for partner .com business.
oWork closely with all digital teams at HP to maximize synergies across organizations.
oSavvy digital professional with minimum eight years of experience driving results across e-commerce and digital strategies.
oEffective P&L responsibility for digital budgets.
oStrategic account management for partners and clients.
oKnowledge of some of the following products and categories good to have : LF Printing category (Designjet hardware, inks)
oUnderstanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel. Dimensions include competitive positioning and business models understanding, a plus.
oAbility to thrive in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.

oClear understanding of e-commerce best practices to drive improved conversion.
oHands on experience working with one or more of the following tools : BrightEdge, Moz, Benchtools, SEM Rush, AdWords, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Amazon's platform.
