We are seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our growing team and provide fantastic service to our colleagues. It’s an exciting time as we have a number of key projects in the pipeline as the business continues to grow and we evolve our solutions.
The role will involve a combination of 3rd line support as well as project work. You will get the chance to take ownership over projects and to lead their implementation.
In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring all the critical systems, liaising with, and managing 3rd parties on project development, and making changes as you see necessary to ensure the continual improvement of the services provided.
You will be working closely and reporting to the Head of IT, and will develop strong relationships with colleagues in the wider IT Team and other technical teams as well as providing a route of escalation for the 2nd line support and helping to develop the knowledge and experience of the team.
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver who is willing to learn and able to handle pressure.
Regularly traveling to our European offices will be an integral part of the role as well as providing out of hours’ support as needed.
