Join our Talent Management Department as an Intern and learn the ins and outs of managing an international portfolio of external resources in the translation industry.
TASKS : ·Support in the recruitment process of external resources : screening CVs, vendor communication, testing, etc.·Communication with both the internal team and external pool of resources·Data entry & data maintenance of vendor database·Support in the financial onboarding of external resources, liaise with Financial Department for matters pertaining vendors set up and invoicing.

REQUIREMENTS Education level : · Must be currently enrolled in a university course. Training requirements ·Essential : Fluent in English·Desirable : Knowledge of other languages, particularly Spanish Experience : ·Essential : No previous experience is mandatory ·Desirable : at least six months of experience as an intern in another company.
Software : ·Essential : User level of Microsoft Office package Skills : ·Attention to detail·Ability to work with different tools and platforms·Able to multitask and switch between different jobs·Team player, international environment
