Sus responsabilidades y tareas :
Maintain and increase Bakery Service Sales volume in Iberia
Contact the customer base and all companies with requirements to determine their needs
Develop trusting relationships with key stake holders based upon expertise, integrity and friendliness
Penetrate market proactively to generate new business opportunities, identify sales leads, qualify, pursue and capture
Thoroughly communicate customer requirements within the company
Acquire sales and market intelligence on issues such as competition, price, and service project status
Aggressively follow up in a timely manner throughout the sales process until final determination of customer action
Make a persuasive formal proposal presentation
Report on activity, proposal status and forecasts
Coordinate the sales effort / cross sell with other departments in the company.
Su perfil y calificaciones :
Engineer with mechanical / industrial / agricultural specialization.
Must have experience (>
3 years) with Bakery equipment or similar and preferably in B2B sales
Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate technical data and complicated engineering systems
Knowledge on Industrial Automation and PLC-SCADA highly valued
Must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish / English, both written and verbal (other languages valued positively)
Must possess good interpersonal skills and work well in a team setting as well as independently
Must be detail oriented and have a demonstrated ability to provide timely feedback to both internal and external customers
Must have knowledge of MS Office / Windows
Must be self-motivated
Must be willing / able to travel up to 50-60%
Able to make decisions in a position of great autonomy, always within the strategic sales lines.
