Sus responsabilidades y tareas :

  • Maintain and increase Bakery Service Sales volume in Iberia
  • Contact the customer base and all companies with requirements to determine their needs
  • Develop trusting relationships with key stake holders based upon expertise, integrity and friendliness
  • Penetrate market proactively to generate new business opportunities, identify sales leads, qualify, pursue and capture
  • Thoroughly communicate customer requirements within the company
  • Acquire sales and market intelligence on issues such as competition, price, and service project status
  • Aggressively follow up in a timely manner throughout the sales process until final determination of customer action
  • Make a persuasive formal proposal presentation
  • Report on activity, proposal status and forecasts
  • Coordinate the sales effort / cross sell with other departments in the company.
  • Su perfil y calificaciones :

  • Engineer with mechanical / industrial / agricultural specialization.
  • Must have experience (>
  • 3 years) with Bakery equipment or similar and preferably in B2B sales

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate technical data and complicated engineering systems
  • Knowledge on Industrial Automation and PLC-SCADA highly valued
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish / English, both written and verbal (other languages valued positively)
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and work well in a team setting as well as independently
  • Must be detail oriented and have a demonstrated ability to provide timely feedback to both internal and external customers
  • Must have knowledge of MS Office / Windows
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must be willing / able to travel up to 50-60%
  • Able to make decisions in a position of great autonomy, always within the strategic sales lines.
