We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to scale and execute our marketing programs across Spain, Portugal and Italy.
You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to run creative and data driven ON / OFF marketing campaigns, targeting Enterprise audiences primarily but also startups.
This position reports to the Head of Demand Generation and will partner with key Marketing and Sales leaders. This is a challenging position in one of the fastest growing fintechs in Europe.
What will you be doing ?
Focusing on the Spain / Portugal / Italy region, you will be in charge of the Field Marketing strategy and execution that aligns with local goals and budget, but also global marketing plays and regional sales priorities.
Work closely and build relationships with global and local sales teams to align our go-to- market strategy and reach our targets.
Drive awareness and lead generation through ON / OFF tactics such as Events, PR, ABM, Digital marketing campaigns.
Partner with Content & Design teams to create local content and marketing / sales collateral. Such as customer success stories, market trends, thought leadership interviews.
Support our Partner Marketing activities to develop and deliver joint account based partner marketing (webinar, events).
Coordinate with Inbound and outbound specialists to localize global campaigns.
Base decisions on data-driven insights into the full event lifecycle.
Identify new marketing activities, manage all local agencies and produce projects from concept to completion.
What skills and experience do you need ?
Proven B2B Field Marketing experience, ideally in Spain and / or Europe in a B2B fintech or Software / Saas company.
2+ years of experience in planning a range of events / webinars and digital campaigns for multiple audiences, preferably at a tech company.
A great mix of data driven and creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Significative experience in sales-led go-to-market, working closely with a large sales team.
Spanish native speaker. Professional English and a third European language is a plus.
Experience in payments, e-commerce and marketplaces is a plus.
Experience working with Salesforce.
Fast learner, curious and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience at a high-growth company within a $50-150M ARR range.
