As a member of our Global IT Workplace team, you will be part of a group of experts in charge of evolving our IT Workplace strategy.
You will be SGS's subject matter expert for Windows 10 apps, Edge deployment and experience and device hardware technologies.
More specifically, you will :
Promote our cloud first policy transformation through the design and the implementation of Modern Workplace technologies based on Windows 10;
Support the rollout of autopilot-based methodology covering backend systems and endpoint configurations, security and policies (GPO, Intune and MECM);
Maintain and evolve our standard Hardware catalog and will assist to test and certify new devices generations and technologies;
Design, implementation, and migration of Modern Workplace Services in alignment with SGS’s cloud first policy;
Support SGS affiliates on the adoption of new services and help to identity and collect their requirements;
Undertake knowledge transfer to our Workplace Operation Center located in Manila to implement tested changes or new services;
Act as level 3 support and contact for advanced investigation and troubleshooting for Workplace related service incidents;
Manage standard and non-standard change requests and follows change management procedures.
Degree in computer science or equivalent experience (Exceptional candidates will be considered in the absence of a degree);
Proven experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace technology, particularly Windows 10 and Edge solutions;
Knowledge of MECM and Unified Endpoint management with Intune and familiarity with device management lifecycle processes, MDM and MAM policies;
Experience in Virtual (Citrix Virtual desktops) and physical desktop environments;
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, GPOs, and Intune policies;
Fluent in English.
This position will be based at our IT hub in Madrid.
