The PS&S (Print Services & Solutions) Category & Current Business Management team is searching for top caliber talent to join our team.

We are looking to compliment our team with an individual who will be responsible to manage key programs and processes as we strive to optimize our current business and ensure future investments return value to our shareholders.

This empowered person will function in a worldwide capacity, focusing key initiatives that will require engagement with our markets, Print Category, finance, GTM, PSS & GBU teams.


As a PSS Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the overall project management of critical initiatives within PS&S.

This will entail alignment and communication around project objectives, scope, deliverables, key performance indicators (KPIs), dependencies / risks, and financial impacts.

This role will manage the overall project plan with global and cross functional teams to drive these projects forward. KPIs will be critical to establish and monitor to ensure project activities and post-implementation results achieve the intended goals.

This role will require knowledge of the interworking’s of our contractual business, planning routines & the ability to collaborate across a range of multiple business functions.

It will be expected that you can foster strong relationships, align & influence senior management & executives.


Drive all project management activities for key initiatives.

Establish key projects from the ground up, including setup and design, working team identification, calendar and schedule management, roles and responsibilities alignment, etc.

Manage and coordinate the activities and deliverables of project team members to ensure objectives are understood and deliverables are met.

Lead reviews with all levels of management to provide updates and obtain approval of progress, next steps, key metrics, and support needed.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that will measure the success of deliverables and project success.

Drive resolution of project roadblocks to keep schedules and deliverables on track.

Develop strong working relationships with the PSS core team, market, finance, IT, operations, and many other cross-functional teams required to successfully achieve objectives.

Understand market & business dynamics from which you will lead initiatives & influence key stakeholders.

Provide adhoc analytical & management reporting as required.


First level university degree required

Preferred 1+ years experience, but not required


Strong project management skills

Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines without reminders and supervision

Ability to manage both virtual and in-person meetings and reviews

Great organizational and time management skills

Excellent written / oral communication

Great interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully manage and influence others

Strong negotiating skills

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Understanding of the print industry, especially the contractual space

Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside HP
