About the role :

The Client Services team follows the Client for Life Philosophy. Individuals in this role ensure that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment.

As part of an innovative team, you will solve sophisticated and complex business problems, apply logic, and develop creative approaches to support our clients in making the right decisions for their businesses.

What you will do :

  • You are responsible for developing relationships with a variety of clients and ensuring these clients are successful in the utilisation of their Gartner subscription;
  • resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth

    Being fully trained in Gartner’s resources, you utilise your consultative and strategic problem-solving skills while influencing C-Level Clients, Senior Leaders, and / or Technical Professionals to drive continued value of Gartner Products & Services

    You have high energy, are eager to work cross functionally, and have a relentless commitment to learning and exceeding goals in order to make an immediate business impact

    In a typical day, you could be responsible for tasks including but not limited to :

    Onboarding clients and guiding Gartner website and resource walkthroughs

    Proactively planning, scheduling, and following up on client calls and engagements

    Facilitating and driving frequent client conversations, resulting in trusted, value-added partnerships

    Collaborating with other Gartner teams and internal partners across multiple business units

    Leading internal initiatives and team projects that support Gartner’s core value of Continuous Improvement

    What you will need :

    Motivated to meet highest levels of achievement, fueled by critical thinking, and data driven decision making

    Ability to engage in tactical and strategic client conversations with senior stakeholders and their teams, to convert business insights into actionable recommendations

    Ability to understand and learn technology and business workflows

    Technology or consulting experience preferred

    Applications are welcome from individuals with 0 - 5+ years experience

    Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree preferred
