Junior Financial Accountant (m / f / d) - Part-time - Part-time

RESPONSIBILITIES :

As an experienced Accountant, you support the Finance Manager Spain for all the daily accounting and clerical tasks.

In detail : You undertake management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general bookkeeping duties to ensure customer debt is efficiently collected, banks are properly posted and reconciled.

By cash flow forecasts and monitoring, you ensure that cash is properly managed.

Moreover, you provide all necessary information required for preparation and submission of regular tax returns (VAT, SII, withholding taxes etc.)

You manage all accounting transactions and ensure monthly bank reconciliations are completed and actioned.

Beyond that, you assist in the implementation and follow-up of processes, internal controls and procedures, and Spanish accounting and legislative standards.

You ensure full compliance with all local legislation and internal group guidelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND :

2 years of accounting experience

Good functional knowledge in AP, AR, Cash Management and Bookkeeping

Accounting qualification (minimum)

Proficiency in SAP combined with strong Excel skills

Highly motivated, target-driven, well organized and with good time management

Excellent Spanish and ideally good English language skills

Able to communicate effectively
