We’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic Technical Agents to provide the very best remote service to our Norwegian speaking customers.
The Role
You’ll work to resolve any problems or security issues for our customers.
You will perform remote troubleshooting and problem-solving on Windows, OSX, iOS, and Android devices.
You will give security and performance diagnosis and implement improvements for the customer.
You’ll ensure customers receive the best service and you will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will take part in ongoing training to ensure your knowledge and skills are up to date for new IoT devices and other IT products.

Requirements
Excellent prioritisation and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with customers.
Good knowledge of tools and techniques to deliver excellent support.
A proven track record of transforming problems into solutions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A flexible, pro-active can do attitude
Punctual, reliable and loyal
Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines
Previous experience in IT support an advantage
