Back Supply Planning Manager REF. JYJ637 MASS COMMODITIES Production, Operations and R&D At Revlon, we are looking for a Senior Supply Planner Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing a team of Supply Chain Planners who are responsible for all for all production planning activities within a multi-

plant environment for new and existing products, manage inventory levels, resolve supply chain issues. The above activities are supported through constant communication with Factory Planning team, our overseas suppliers, the distribution center, and the demand planners, as wells as diligently applying proven supply chain management practices.

Will also be responsible for achieving customer service targets while managing inventories to the lowest levels and for supporting the end-

to-end model of minimizing total delivered cost and identifying both operational & strategic capacity issues / opportunities. Functions

  • Oversee the development of short and long-term Supply plans for assigned Division's manufacturing facilities in order to meet all demand requirements, regular and promotional.
  • Monitor progress against plans and adjusts as necessary, ensuring the key stakeholders are regularly updated.
  • Ensure that finished goods inventory targets by SKU are developed and maintained based on service level objectives, forecast error, and replenishment lead times.
  • Lead Supply review meeting and Makes recommendations via S&OP process to determine long term requirements for production and inventory.
  • Develops multiple scenarios, articulates key decisions and recommendations to Supply Chain Leadership team highlighting service, inventory and cost tradeoffs using planning toolkit.
  • Minimize working capital costs by identifying opportunities to decrease finished goods inventories while delivering against service level objectives
  • Owns Slow Moving and Obsolete visibility throughout the entire process, working with Marketing to monitor new products and proactively adjust production, and with Sales to identify and
  • execute run out strategies.
  • Leads continuous improvement projects and / or efficiency plays in the evolution of the supply planning strategy within the Business Unit.
  • Manages assigned SKU's throughout the entire supply chain and communicates disruptions to Supply Chain leadership team Work closely with all Supply Chain functions, Marketing, Sales, TAG, and Industrial Performance to support all new product launches and product transitions while achieving performance
  • targets on service level, working capital, and waste.
  • Provide direction for the Supply planners and develop their interpersonal, technical, business, and leadership skills.
  • Develop an environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and challenging of the status quo. Requirements
  • Minimum of a Engineering degree and 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent analytical and communications skills.
  • Prior experience applying supply chain principles including forecasting, sourcing, inventory management and logistics.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills and be well organized, self motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and interact effectively with other core business functions (Sales, Demand, Factory staff, Product Development, Distribution and logistics).
  • Proficient with MS-Office programs, primarily Excel and prior ERP system experience (JD Edwards - SAP).
