The role of Global Salesforce Administrator

In this role you will assist the development team with basic level support tickets. But that is not all! You train new power users and help create and maintain administrative and business user guides.

All this in close cooperation with our local administrators and our Global Salesforce administrator to build reports, dashboards and home pages so the Salesforce platform can be used to its full potential.

This role therefore directly impacts all our business units around the globe!

Here’s a glance of your further tasks and responsibilities :

  • Performs IT testing for new development
  • Assist with project implementations, including facilitating user acceptance testing and training end users
  • Onboard and support Local Administrators
  • Assist local administrators to create list views, reports, and dashboards that meet business requirements
  • Assist with system maintenance and governance

    The Salesforce Administrator has an exciting job at Bunge. The Salesforce platform is rapidly growing. Next to fixing technical issues you work on improvements to the platform.

    Your profile

    As Salesforce Administrator you have well developed interpersonal skills and you are a great teammate. You have a good eye for business and are customer focused.

    Your business analysis skills are strong. You are always seeking for continuous improvement and efficiencies.

    Furthermore you also bring the following to the table :

  • BA in business (or equivalent work experience)
  • Salesforce admin certifications a plus
  • 2+ years of general business experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • 2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering Salesforce.com, preferably with use of custom and standard fields and objects, workflow rules, data validation rules, and page layout changes
  • Experience with end user training is a plus
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Proficiency in English is a must, knowledge of any other language is helpful
  • As this is a global position, some flexibility is important to have meetings out of office hours with other continents (which can be done from home).
