A retail harmonized digital platform (with 60% to 90% harmonisation), fully focused on supporting the MB countries in increasing customer interaction, improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales
A scalable platform which can be extended to on-board additional countries, products and services in future
An agile, central IT shared service center that can develop, maintain and run digital requirements going forward
A high level of standardization and centralization across systems, processes, data and way of working aligned with Enterprise Architecture, Global Process Management, Global Data Management and Bank Infra
The overall Agile organizationis using the following principles : Tribes, Squads, Chapters and Communities ofExpertise.
In a Squad, the members (from5 to 9) all sit together to design, develop, test, and release to production avaluable software.
In the Squad, the Product Owner priorities the work.
The Tribe is a collection ofSquads (limited to 100 people) that work in related areas.
The Chapter is a transversalregroupment by similar skills or general competency area. The Chapter Lead isresponsible for developing people and setting salaries but remain part of Squadand does day to day work.
The Community of Expertise isa group of people that want to share knowledge, tools, code, and practices.
TheInfrastructure Delivery Architectis a member of a Squad - itself in a Tribe - , and Chapter.Depending on the need and profile, he / she can also be part of a Community ofExpertise.
She / He will collaborate of thedefinition; implementation, evolution and governance of the infrastructurearchitectures that allow Model Bank towards a Company more agile, sustainableand being a step ahead of current and future needs and challenges following INGgroup standards and policies.
In parallel he / she will beresponsible facilitating the on boarding of the different units in Model Bank,cleaning the possible obstacles that from an infra stand point could preventthem to start using Model Bank s services.
He / She will report to theInfrastructure Delivery architect lead.
Mainfunctions and responsibilities
Design, coordinate and implement the systems of the technical reference architecture including servers, storage, middleware, non application software, networks and physical facilities as well as their implementation roadmaps according to ING group strategies, principles and standards.
Research, evaluate and introduce the technologies and solutions that best fit and solve business needs analysing their impact in current and future architectures.
Define standards, norms and guidelines and ensure their proper documentation, communication and fulfilment using governance processes.
Collaborate with the rest of worldwide ING business units in the definition and implementation of the pieces of the reference architecture.
Identify and remediate those gaps that may exit for a given unit to on-board Model Bank s services.
Collaborate on the on boarding process from an infrastructure stand point.
Keep contact with his / her correspondent key players on the local team.
Field andlevel of qualification
Minimum requirement is a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related bachelors.
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Minimum 5 years defining, developing and setting up systems / parts of infrastructure architectures in complex corporate environments.
Technicalknowledge and skills
Proven architecture skills, appreciated knowledge in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
Knowledge and experience on one or more of the following technologies :
Strong Knowledge of Middleware and messaging systems, ESBs, CEP. Platforms like JBoss, WSO2, Apigee, TIBCO, RabbitMQ, etc.
Strong Knowledge of Virtualization and cloud environments.
Strong Knowledge of physical and virtual networking.
Strong knowledge of storage
Containerization and component deployment frameworks.
Build and deployment of services to both private and public clouds.
Communication skills being able to transmit complex concepts in a easy way adapted to IT and business partners.
Team working and leadership skills.
Decision making considering costs, impact and potential benefits.
Strong knowledge of the big cloud vendors AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
Strong Knowledge on Dell / EMC Hybrid Cloud
Strong knowledge on Ansible, Puppet, Cheff
