The Learning and Development Manager / Assistant Learning and Development Manager will join the dynamic Global Organization Development Team that supports functional, technical, project specific, and leadership learning needs across the globe.
Partnering with the Local HR Team, this person will design, facilitate, curate, and manage a portfolio of learning and development solutions and experiences that make a difference in how employees show up for each other and our customers.

Conducts Learning Development needs assessments for AliExpress Spain; determines priorities and timelines of recommended deliverables.
3. Own end-to-end development and implementation of learning and development programs, including but not limited to New Hire Lab, E-Commerce Assimilation Camp, Management Development and Young Talent Development Program4.
Leverage internal expertise, vendors, and consultants to develop, deliver and maintain best in class learning and development experiences for AliExpress Spain5.
Assess current and future learning and development needs of the organization through interviews, focus groups, surveys, and analysis of data6.
Deliver innovative solutions that incorporate the latest learning trends7. Establish, and report regularly, metrics that demonstrate learning impact and effectiveness8.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders (Headquarter OD, Country OD, HRBP, instructional designers, and key business leaders) to be known as the local organization development expert9.
Support routine organization operation activities such as yearly performance management, talent review and promotion.
