This position is for a fast-growing SaaS start-up company providing software solutions to retail businesses in particular.

You will develop fast and grow within the company without limits. Our Client is looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who wants to join their Barcelona team and contribute to the expansion of the company.

Main responsibilities

  • Increase business volume by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships / deals within big accounts
  • Manage the leads generated by the SDR department, converting them into deals
  • Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that the solutions provides, successfully handling objections

  • Meet with potential clients in order to present and explain the solutions
  • Keep your pipeline and forecasting up to date
  • Collaborate closely with the team to identify improvements and achieve better results

  • Requisits

    Core skills / Experience

  • Native Italian speaker with excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • At least 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably with big accounts with long sales cycle
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Dynamic personality, self-starter, result-driven
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to new and unexpected situations
  • Proactive, curious and empathetic
  • Comfortable with a SaaS / Digital marketing environment
