This position is for a fast-growing SaaS start-up company providing software solutions to retail businesses in particular.
You will develop fast and grow within the company without limits. Our Client is looking for a motivated and energetic candidate who wants to join their Barcelona team and contribute to the expansion of the company.
Increase business volume by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships / deals within big accounts
Manage the leads generated by the SDR department, converting them into deals
Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that the solutions provides, successfully handling objections
Meet with potential clients in order to present and explain the solutions
Keep your pipeline and forecasting up to date
Collaborate closely with the team to identify improvements and achieve better results

Core skills / Experience
Native Italian speaker with excellent communication skills both written and oral
At least 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably with big accounts with long sales cycle
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Dynamic personality, self-starter, result-driven
Flexibility and ability to adapt to new and unexpected situations
Proactive, curious and empathetic
Comfortable with a SaaS / Digital marketing environment
