The Pricing Manager will be responsible for the day to day requirements including pricing transparency and the operational deliverables that accompany strategies, tactics and implementation.

Develop, implement and continuously improve the pricing policies, procedures and process partnering with multiple businesses across the company.
Lead launch activities related to price and payers.
Monitor GSK market pricing activities and keep management informed of pricing intelligence including environmental trends and knowledge of pricing and market access requirements across customer segments;
Identify and anticipate key trends and assess opportunities and risks for pricing strategy development.
Lead operational efforts such as : price adjustment implementation, responding to ad-hoc requests from senior management, investor relations, legal, external and internal communications, global pricing, update standard price reporting and payer team resources, develop and execute presentation / training for GSK related to WAC pricing and help create presentations for senior management meetings.
Build and foster relationships with many cross-functional teams.
Prepare and present quarterly status updates to key stakeholders and potentially senior leadership. Ensure understanding and gain alignment.
Manage the external vendor relationship and associated service level agreements.
Manage the exchange of information between GSK vendor and internal stakeholders.
Partner across GSK to gain insights, analyze and evaluate business risks and opportunities related to industry and payer changes.
Manage special projects that may be collaborative or single contributor in scope.
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
6 years of relevant business experience in the role.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams in a highly matrixed role.
Experienced leader who drives change within an organization
Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced Degree, MBA preferred
Strong ability to link disparate information and data to enable insights and solutions
Demonstrated success as a team leader who drives understanding / compliance and continuous improvement to established process and procedures.
