The Role :

As we continue to build out our RPO solution for a leading global Medical Devices client we are seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to be based onsite in Madrid.

As RBP you will interact across varying levels of stakeholders within the client organisation and your focus will be on Business Partnering and delivering Service Excellence across the account.

  • You will be the go to person locally in region and be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships;
  • serve as a strategic business advisor to hiring leaders involved in talent acquisition and workforce planning. You will have a solid understanding of the organization, business initiatives, act as a brand ambassador for the client and represent the overall talent acquisition strategy to the community.

    In this role, you will serve as a liaison between hiring leaders and the recruitment team and ensure client expectations are managed and met.

    Key responsibilities :

  • Acting as strategic talent acquisition business advisor to the hiring leader and business unit / s assigned.
  • Delivering frequent business updates to stakeholders across different levels
  • Manages off-site recruitment delivery whilst carrying a vacancy load
  • Acting as the external client representative for community and academic partners in achieving client recruitment needs
  • Identifying, managing and proactively resolving conflicts related to the client relationship
  • Aligning with the stakeholders and team to understand outcomes and effectively communicate solutions as appropriate

    Technical skills and qualifications are obviously important. But alone they’re simply not enough. We need people who innovate, collaborate and execute.

    In addition to this you will need :

  • Strong recruitment experience working in an in-house or RPO environment
  • Ideally would prefer previous experience hiring within Life Sciences
  • Background in successful hiring in the Iberia and Italy
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Previous direct or indirect leadership experience
  • Fluent Spanish, Italian and English is mandatory for this role
