    All of Hotelbeds Group business units play an important role in reshaping travel across a diverse range of market segments.

    The Bedbank business unit is leading Hotelbeds Group charge to reshape travel. It contracts, connects and efficiently distributes a differentiated portfolio of +100,000 hotels to leading travel trade industry partners including online travel agencies (OTAs), retail agencies, tour operators and airlines.

    Our main Bedbank brands include Hotelbeds, Bedsonline, Hotelopia, Travel Partner Brasil, Room & Go, JBS and Easymarket.This position sits within our Bedbank unit.


    As P2P Global Support & Analysis Officer you will be in charge to ensure the integrity in of our financial tools (Atlas & SAP) in order to give correct information to our internal clients (KPI’s, debtor balances, etc).

    This include reviewing on a daily bases the level of incidences with our outsourcing suppliers, GVCC invoice management and support to others departments.

    Part of the Global Finance Services EMEA, P2P Global Support & Analysis department is in charge to HBG GFS global tasks, so you will be part of an exciting environment constantly challenging us and make the department always up to date and ensuring cover the business needs.

    Key responsibilities :

  • First point of contact with our outsourcing clients (paper invoice reception, incidence resolution and improvements)
  • GVCC invoice management (direct contact with suppliers)
  • Global support preparing reports in order to help other departments (incidences, payments, etc.) or help internal clients take decisions (kpis, debtor balances, etc.)
  • Candidate Profile :

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
  • Very good knowledge of Office.
  • Good Level of English.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Operating with a high degree of autonomy, proactive, with drive and energy to act in a fast-paced environment.
