We are looking for an L&D specialist who will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end learning experience from needs assessment, learning design, solution implementation, learning delivery and results in evaluation across multiple locations to support our HR and business strategy.
Key responsibilities :
Effectively partner with HR Business Partners and with the business to identify knowledge and performance gaps across the company,
Partner with SME’s and stay ahead of innovative practices to design and develop learning content and apply learning strategies following instructional design principles,
Design and deliver soft skills training, onboarding and leadership programs through a variety of delivery methods, including face to face facilitation or remote training,
Identify external training programs to address competency gaps and work with external vendors to ensure high quality solutions,
Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness. Create reports and make useful recommendations to stakeholders,
Provide project management support to deliver Training Plans for specific functions,
Manage day to day activities through our Learning Management System (LMS),
Manage our ongoing offer (onboarding, language classes and competency training) ensuring continuous improvement and process efficiency,
Provide support for the communication of the global Learning & Development offer.
Required skills & experience :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
L&D background with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development,
Solid project management skills,
Experience in designing and facilitating training programs,
Experience in helping translate technical content into learning materials,
High Proficiency in English able to develop training content and deliver training sessions in English,
Strong communication and influencing skills,
Proactive, flexible and action-driven person,
Ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment.
Experience delivering leadership training is a plus.
