As the Community and Communications Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing Team to lead community management in our social channels.

This is a role is for an experienced and versatile professional who has strong English and Spanish lingual skills. You are customer-centric and knowledge of B2B and B2C communication tactics with impact and have previous experience building big communities online using different social media channels, such as Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

What you will do at ODILO : Shaping and executing a comprehensive, community management strategy Write regular content newsletters, company blogs, social media accounts, etc Define objectives and messaging for each vertical and key personas Manage our social media accounts (Linkedin / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram) and interact with fans to build our communities Target influential people with thought leading content to build positive sentiment ready for sales activity Analyze performance data on campaigns and regularly seek to test and optimize Work with specialized agencies where suitable to manage campaigns Help our company achieve and surpass all key performance indicators related to sales and marketing (e.

g. conversion rates, marketing-influenced leads, etc) The ideal candidate will bring : Has 3+ years in a similar marketing and communications role Prior experience in managing communities in both a B2C and B2B context Very hands-on, able to work on multiple campaigns and projects with different objectives and collaborators Fluent in Spanish and English Fast learner and eagerness to listen and learn from your peers Has a strong work ethic, is a self-starter and willing to do what it takes to deliver Very organized and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Has strong creative sensibility and conceived and delivered creative campaigns in the past Inspires a culture of innovation, execution, collaboration, accountability, positivity and fun What would make us happy : Experience in B2B SaaS Experience in the edtech industries or working for a purpose-driven organizationWhy ODILO?
