Job description

A .Net Developer to :

Handshake expectations incl. requirement clarification and elicitation with stakeholders

New software development and maintenance of existing software and 3rd level support

Agile development - take ownership of the sprint backlog and commit as a team.

Deliver the right technical solution according to commitment on time.

Technical reviews of specifications, interfaces (requirement, design, test) and code.

Take initiatives that ensure and improve progress in projects and releases as well as ensuring quality in the deliveries of code, documents and other artifacts through :

Take an interest in gaining and maintaining necessary competences.

If "somebody ought to take care" of anything, actively engage in doing it or ensure that somebody else does.
