  • Main job tasks : - Receive and handle Swedish speaking customer requests by email, chat and social media.- Function as an ambassador for the client'
  • s service.- Collection and maintenance of customer data.- Clarification of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements.

  • Complete Swedish fluency on a native speaking level and English on a professional level.- Experience in customer service, communications or similar roles.

  • Good knowledge of current social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.) Previous work experience with social media is a plus.
  • Passion for community management and digital affinity.- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.- OBLIGATORY STUDIES FINISHED : According to the legislation in Spain, a document to prove completed studies is mandatory to be able to be hired.
  • Meaning obligatory studies as ESO or High School. Any higher studies title will also be accepted. This document will be requested on the interview.

    Swedish Customer Support Agent - Barcelona, Spain We offer a full time position 39 h / week from Monday to Sunday, with two weekends off per month.

    The shifts are morning 09 : 00-17 : 00 or afternoon 14 : 00-22 : 00.
