About the Role :
An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionistposition to join our Front Office Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel& Spa.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role :
To ensure all guests are given apersonalized, warm, friendly, courteous and efficient service at all times.Besides, warrant smooth and efficient operation of the FO.
Be warrant of smooth and efficient daily operation of the Reception Desk,guaranteeing that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level ofservice and care at all times :
All individual personalized check ins and check outs of guests.
Liaising with guests for all general enquiries
Answering and distributing all Telephonic / Fax or Emails of in-house guestor incoming guests.
To assist Other Hotel Front office Operation whenever required.
Adhere to all payments; cash handling and credit policies & procedures.
To attend trainnings as per the department training plan.
To assist department objective in order to achieve targets (Sirius / Upselling etc.)
To be ready to work willingly to any assignment given.
The ideal candidate for this position willhave the following experience and qualifications :
Essential High School Graduates
English & Spanish LanguageDiplomas
Desired Degree qualificationfrom a recognized hotel or business school
Desired German and Russianlanguage Diploma
Front Office Customer serviceexperience in a five star environment
Complaint handling in a FiveStar Hotel
Proficiency in spoken andwritten business English and Spanish.
Competent in Microsoft Officeapplications.
Able to effectively communicatewith all levels of colleagues and Management.
Speak one additional language,German and Russian highly desirable.
IT and PMS System, preferablyOpera
