UABOS : Spain - Fleet Manager
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provides leadership and guidance to all transportation personnel. Coordinates and recommends all department improvements to better utilize assets and personnel where needed.
Monitors and calculates equipment requirements to maintain budget status. Advises and coordinates with the customer on transportation issues and to monitor their satisfaction.
Initiates procedures to better track all missions, driver's performance, maintenance and accountability of everything that is transported.
Skills are acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 5-10 years experience in Logistics and Transportation with some experience in accounting and administration preferred.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / ABILITIES :
Shall meet the qualifications of AFSC 2T377, Fleet Management & Analysis supervisor, as defined in AFI 36-2101.
Shall have five years’ general vehicle management experience and shall have two of the five years in fleet management.
Shall possess a High school diploma or equivalent.
