Key Responsibilities : Diagnosing and resolving technical issuesProviding desktop and software supportFault findingReporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptopsSetting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirementsProviding support for bespoke softwarePerforming IT administrative support duties, as and when required to meet specific operational objectivesAiding and support to colleagues in IT-
related mattersEnsuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external usersWorking on the provision and monitoring of servers and other systemsAssisting the IT team with projects on an ad hoc basisKeeping documentation.
