  • Basic knowledge of Webservices technologies (REST / SOAP / XML to identify errors)
  • Administration Salesforce Service Cloud and / or Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget + Radian6)
  • Desirable certificates :
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator,

    Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer,

    Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or

    Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud
